Dr Reena Wadia is the Founder and Principal Gum Specialist at RW Perio, which she set up and grew into an established, state-of-the-art, 4 clinic surgery on Harley Street. RW Perio has become the largest and one of the top specialist gum clinics in the UK.

Dr Reena’s mission is to bring forward to importance of gum health, incorporating it into a lifestyle approach. This focus has been celebrated regularly in tier 1 press, including Forbes, FT How To Spend It, Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar and The Times, BBC etc.

Dr Reena has been renowned for her work in periodontics and gum aesthetics for the best part of a decade now, with many years of teaching on the topic to ensure highly effective results.

Qualifying from Barts and The London with the prestigious Gold Medal as well as notable other undergraduate dental awards, following general practice, Reena was appointed as a Senior House Officer in both Restorative Dentistry and Oral Surgery. Dr Reena has completed the part-time specialty training programme in Periodontology at Guy’s Hospital. She was previously an associate specialist at King’s College Hospital.

As well as being passionate about acquiring new knowledge, Dr Reena has always encouraged and supported other entrepreneurs, dentists, and hygienists by sharing any learning and experiences. She is the Founder of Perio School which is now the Leading Global Teaching Academy for Periodontal Courses, teaching dental students, dentists, and hygienists for over 10 years. She has been awarded a Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy.

Dr Victoria Sampson obtained her Bachelor in Dental Surgery from Barts and the London. She is now known for her work in developing salivary diagnostics, microbiome testing and incorporating artificial intelligence into every day care. Her work has been acknowledged worldwide resulting in her becoming a scientific advisor, board member and clinical lead of multiple dental companies globally.

Victoria has been at the forefront of change in dentistry, by undertaking research projects in multiple fields of dentistry and taking a special interest in the relationship between the mouth and the body. She has published numerous papers both in the UK and internationally, with her most recent publication in the British DentalJournal being the most cited and viewed article ever published. Most recently, Victoria was shortlisted as one of the most promising young scientists in Europe for the Forbes 30 under 30 in Science and Healthcare 2022 for her efforts and devotion to healthcare. She is the first dentist to ever shortlist for Forbes.

In both 2019 and 2020, Victoria was also recognized for her achievements, as one of the finalists for the award for Best Young Dentist in England by the Private Dentistry Awards as well as winning best Young Dentist Award by the British Endodontic Society in 2019. She has also won national prizes from the British Society of Dental Maxillofacial Radiology and the Association of British Academic Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons for her research. Victoria currently splits her time between two private dental practices based in Harley Street and St
James’ Park as well as heading two clinical trials.

Dr. Stuart Garton graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2008 after winning several academic and clinical prizes at Undergraduate level. These include the Thomas H Bickerton Prize in Anatomy and Physiology, the Dental Alumni Association Prize and the 3M Unitek Prize in Orthodontics. Since qualification, Stuart has worked as a General Dental Practitioner in Liverpool developing a particular interest in Restorative and Implant Dentistry.

Stuart’s commitment to further study has led him to undertake extensive Postgraduate Training which has led to him achieving the prestigious accolade of Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties at the Royal College of Surgeons of England. Having a strong interest in Restorative Dentistry and a desire to restore teeth to their normal function where possible, Stuart has gained a Postgraduate Certificate in Dental Implantology from the University of Salford and a Diploma in Restorative Dentistry from the Royal College of Surgeons of England. In addition, Stuart’s interest in Implant Dentistry and the desire to deepen his knowledge within this area, he has embarked on a Masters Degree in Implantology through the University of Salford.

Stuart is proud to use his own knowledge and skills to help with the training of newly qualified Dentists as an Educational Supervisor. And as such has completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching and Learning in Clinical Practice with Edge Hill University. Delighted to be awarded the title of Educational Supervisor of the Year 2018/2019 for the Northwest Region, Dr. Stuart Garton has also used his skills to help train undergraduate Dentists as a Clinical Lecturer in Restorative Dentistry at Liverpool Dental School.
