Building Rapport Ethically and Confidently (mini lessons with Dr. Raabiha Maan)

Transform your patient relationships from clinical transactions into authentic connections. This expert-led mini-lesson reveals why rapport is a vital clinical skill that can be mastered, rather than an innate quality you’re simply born with. Learn the science of first impressions, the power of non-verbal communication, and practical frameworks like the “Four C’s” to build instant trust, calm anxious patients, and make dentistry more rewarding for everyone in the chair.
